Cyclo Sportive Season NOW OPEN....

The Sportive season was ushered in last weekend with the first of the 2010 season events taking place on the icy Kent lanes...

With many of the events starting fill up, we expect to see a surge of entries after this weekend and certainly after the TCR Sandown Show.

Entries are now over 100, which is expected to go over the 250 mark in the next week...

Winter Duathlon & SPARKS Running Events Results Available

Congratulations to everyone that took part in the first of the F3 Events 2010.

All the results are now available on www.tri247.com and will be on the F3 website later today.

Prizes will be sent out to anyone that was not there for the prize giving. Please email us at F3 Events if you would like it sent to a different address to what we have on the system.

We were blessed with some great weather that made for some great competing.

The Duathlon got off to a flying start with the use of a new road at the back of the lake, which made the usual out and back a lot more interesting, plus a new bike route that allowed competitors to keep a close eye on each other and gain those crucial overall places.

The SPARKS run started slightly over time, but many thanks to everyone that was patient in the registration process and hopefully it was well worth it.

The Electronic Timing made a big impression, as at many times we had a small cue forming to find out what what there time was or where they finished.

Many of you have given some great feedback and this makes the teams day.

A BIG thank you to St John Ambulance, Marshalls that were sometimes out at the far end of the lake for long periods of time and everyone that help support a great day out.

We look forward to seeing you at another F3 Event, with the next Duathlon & SPARKS Run to be on February 21st. Please enter in good time, as there will not be entries on the day.
