Entry includes day membership for non-BTF members which will be provided on event day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bib Numbers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bib numbers<\/strong>\u00a0(and bike stickers\/swimming caps where applicable) are available for collection at the event only, participants should not expect to receive anything by mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Results<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Results will be uploaded live to our website (internet connection permitting) and\u00a0communicated to all pre-registered participants within 24 hours of the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rewards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All finishers will\u00a0receive a\u00a0<strong>medal<\/strong>\u00a0on completing their event and,\u00a0subject to a competitive field of participants,\u00a0p<strong>rizes<\/strong>\u00a0may be available for the top three places overall &#8211; and the top place in each of the veteran categories (V40\/V50\/V60\/V70) &#8211; for both females and males at each distance. Winners will be notified via email by the end of the following week once results are considered final.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Medical Cover<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suitable<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>medical cover<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>is provided at our events in case of a medical emergency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bag Drop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bag drop will not be available at this event. Participants should leave all belongings with their vehicle\/in transition where possible\u00a0and arrive ready to run.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Photography<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Event images are expected to be\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theraceorganiser.com\/calendars\/sport-events\/photos\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.theraceorganiser.com\/calendars\/sport-events\/photos\">available<\/a>, usually within 24 hours of the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Water Stations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Water\u00a0<\/strong>will be available on the run route only; participants must\u00a0carry with them anything necessary\u00a0to refuel and hydrate during the remainder of the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toilets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toilets will be available around the start\/finish\/lap point\u00a0for use throughout the event.
