F3 TIME TRIALS
GET PREPARED FOR THE START OF THE SEASON
With the start of the Triathlon season finally here we wanted to offer a virtual event designed to get you into race shape. We are offering two types of events: time trials and standard races. The time trial events are designed to see how far you can run, cycle, swim in a set amount of time. The standard events are designed for you to practice your chosen distance and help focus your training.
Time Trials (distance in set time):
Run: 30mins, 1hr, 1:30, 2hr, 2hr30, 3hr, 3hr:30, 4hr
Cycle: 1hr, 2hr, 3hr, 4hr, 5hr, 6hr 7hr, 8hr
Swim: 15min, 30min, 45min, 1hr
Triathlon (Sprint, Olympic, Middle)
Duathlon (Sprint, Olympic, Middle)
Runs (5k, 10k, 15k, Half)
The event starts on the 1st August and you will be able to submit results until our first LIVE EVENT - Saturday 5th September.
When entered you will be allowed to submit results for any of the events listed above. You can compete in as many of the time trials as you like and submit results as many times as you like - only your fastest times will count. Full details of how to submit your results will be sent on your pre race emails.
Medals will be posted out on the 7th September.
