F3 are pleased to announce the launch of a new event - Conquer the Chilterns! Conquer the Chilterns will be on the 18th September near Henley on Thames with three events to choose from, Half Iron Distance, Sprint Plus and Olympic Plus Distance Triathlons with longer than Standard bike routes. This event has been a long time in the making but with the support of the Culden Estate we are positive that this will be a premier event that will attract many participants to the magnificent Chilterns and Thames Valley Area. The Swim takes place from the banks of the river Thames at Henley Management College and navigates around the famous Temple Island Meadows (home to the start of the Henley Royal Regatta) before returning downstream, where the large transition area will be waiting to welcome participants on to the bikes. The bike course is a rolling course and takes in the long Turville Heath climb on each lap, before descending all the way back into the Stonor Valley and Henley Fair mile back towards the Culden Estate. It is One Lap for the Sprint, 2 Laps for the Olympic and 3 Laps for the Half Distance. The Run is a 5km Loop that is Challenging on the way up and we think much more fun and faster on the way down!!! It is a great course that will provide some breath taking views that are well worth it. Do you, your business, charity, triathlon club want to get involved with this event? Please email Elisha at Please note:- The Culden Estate is a private estate and is not open to the public, and therefore cant be used for training from or have access to. We will endeavour to look for opportunities before the event to host some training days.
