With ONLY the river as a gradient, this run is completely flat.

The Route starts on the banks of the river Thames and heads upstream to Maidenhead before heading back towards Windsor. Every step of the run, participants will be taken a guided tour and journey through some of the best known landmarks and places that have made the area famous and well known.

The course is mainly on River Trail Paths, which have been upgraded from the Olympic Games that were held locally at Dorney Lake (which is on the route). For anyone looking to have a change of scenery or a break from grinding the pavements, then this is the event for you.

The course is accurately measured using the latest GPS tools. This means that any time you achieve on these courses can be used for any future event that might require a previous events time to enter.
